'Five artists – connected by time, place, learning and experience – come together to explore the theme of ‘tethered/untethered’.

Using their unique bond as a substrate, each artist explores the topic - scaffolded by their own perspectives, material knowledge and artistic lens. Incorporating materials of paint, charcoal, gouache, brass and fibre, these new works represent a privy glimpse of artists walking to the edge of their practice... experimenting, pushing, reflecting, evolving …and returning changed, informed and emboldened.'
