Bust donated to SA Parliament House of Assembly by Artist Jane Price

Adelaide artist Jane Price, great granddaughter of the first united Labor movement Premier, Tom Price (1905 – 1909) has donated a bust commemorating Tom’s life and work to the collection of the House of Assembly. The work, a bust in bronze was unveiled in a ceremony attended by the artist and family representatives of the late Tom Price.  Also in attendance was Stephanie McCarthy, South Australian author of the book ‘Tom Price -  from Stonecutter to Premier’.
